Refund and Returns Policy

At Pushp Ayurveda, we maintain transparency and fairness in every order. To ensure product safety and hygiene, we follow a strict no-refund policy. Please read the guidelines below carefully before placing your order.

No Refund Policy

Once an order is placed, no refunds are issued under any circumstance.
Orders cannot be refunded for reasons such as change of mind, personal preference, or non-usage.

Replacement Policy

We offer replacement only if:

• The product received is wrong, or
• The product received is defective or damaged

To process a replacement, customers must provide:

• A clear unboxing video showing the package being opened
• The defect or wrong item clearly visible in the video
• The order ID and registered mobile number

Conditions for Replacement Approval

A replacement will be approved only when:

• The unboxing video is continuous (no cuts or edits)
• The issue is visible and genuine
• The request is raised within 48 hours of delivery

Without proper video proof, we cannot approve replacement claims.

Non-Replaceable Situations

Replacement is not provided for:

• Opened, used, or partially consumed products
• Damage caused after delivery
• Incorrect or unclear video evidence
• Delayed claims beyond 48 hours
